The Arabic Unit at the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Al Akhawayn University in Morocco and the Office for International Affairs at the University of the Free State in South Africa are pleased to invite professionals and academic researchers in the field of second language teaching to participate in an international conference scheduled for 23-25 May 2024, with the title Second Language Teaching and Learning in the 21st Century".
The purpose of this conference is to serve as a platform to showcase the latest advances and best practices in the use of 21st-Century skills, corpus linguistics, digital humanities, and AI technologies in second language instruction. It will allow participants to exchange ideas, share experiences, and collaborate on designing effective strategies and curricula for enhancing second language learning and instruction.
This event will bring together professionals, teachers, academics, policy makers, and curriculum developers to explore innovative techniques that promote independent language learning and equip students with essential 21st-Century skills.
